Lakota Contracting, Inc. located in Rapid City, South Dakota, was founded by Tim and Michelle Shelton in March of 1999. 
Tim is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe located on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.  Lakota Contracting is certified “Buy-Indian” pursuant to the Act of June 25, 1910 (Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47).  They currently
provide thousands of quality products to Federal, State, Tribal, County & City law enforcement agencies and all branches of the military.  Many of these items are offered on Lakota Contracting’s GSA Federal Supply Schedule 84 (contract # GS07F0192N).
